So how does this work?

So how does this work, precisely?

Easy. Sign up and you'll get 31 diary entries - one a day following the journey I took during the experiment, including the food I ate, (with links to the recipes) and anecdotal stuff that happened along the way.

"But it's a 28 day thing... why 31 emails?" I hear you murmur.

Thanks for asking...

The first 3 cover the 3 days BEFORE I started the experiment, and hold a little information on preparing for the month ahead, so that is why there's 3 more. I recommend you sign up and start the emails coming, and then pick a day in the next week that you want to start the detox-a-rama.

Don't wait too long, you are here, you want a change. So make a change.

If you are already thinking "Oh, but I have a birthday... and that work thing.. it might not be convenient.."
Let me tell you something - in this busy world there will ALWAYS be stuff coming up, you are doing yourself a disservice by allowing such things stop you from being healthy.

Convenient? I can also tell you that it is very convenient for me to not have to schlep around half a bag of cement morning to night... what would be inconvenient would be if someone actually handed me a 10kg bag of sand and said "here you have to carry this, by hand, where ever you go" that would be inconvenient indeed.

I don't want to get all evangelic about it, it's just that I still can't quite comprehend that I could eat food, sit on my backside and lose almost 10 kilos (20 ish pounds) AND 4 inches off my jeans waist size.

In a month.

A MONTH.

"Enough already - I want IN... I am totally up for this" I hear you say....
Really? Glad to hear it, click here and you'll be on your way.  or just scroll down to the bottom of this page.

Still more questions? Want to see what other's have found after completing the experiment? Sure, here you go:
