You've got to give this a try.

The experiment that turned into a website.
No protein shakes
No ridiculous supplements (no suplements at all, actually)
No hunger
No beating hell out of yourself at the gym.
No stress.

Just you, in control of your health, and eating mountains
of food in the process.

The results for me?

28 days, 10% of my weight gone (that’s 9.7 kgs/21 pounds/1.5 stone)

Doing the OPPOSITE of what the hard -body
gym brigade would have you do.

Not going to make many friends within the 
training fraternity... but I’m sure they’ll live.
