Vegetarian? Sure, why not?

Cant get much fresher than this.
I'm a vegetarian, can I take part in the experiment as well?

Sure.

BUT it is important to recognise that while eating vegetarian can be healthy, a lot of the meat substitute products (usually a soy derivative) can be highly processed and full of salt.

So yes a vegetarian can take part, but if it were me (NOT a vegetarian for the record) I would stick to low processed food like tofu etc.

Tofu is a great source of protein, and is almost tasteless so can be spiced any which way to give variety to each dish.

Piscivores (Those who only eat fish) can also easily adapt.

Really this whole thing is simply a base to start from, and the recipes I have added are simply what I ate, after a week I am sure that you'll get the hang of it and make all kinds of weird and wonderful food combinations.

(within the boundaries of course. If you decide that deep fried mars bars would go well in a salad, perhaps you should stick to the recipes here for a while longer)
