Doing the hard work right there. |
Yes.
As hard as it was for me to maintain... particularly when I'd lost a few pounds and was feeling light on my feet, I didn't work out for a minute of the 28 days.
Yes I saw some massage clients, so if you are hell bent of following the experiment to a T, then add a half hour walk (walk, not run) to your daily routine to compensate.
In fact, go for a walk anyway. It can't hurt. Just half an hour... or don't. Whatever blows your hair back.
"Enough already - I want IN... I am totally up for this" I hear you say....
Really? Glad to hear it, click here and you'll be on your way. or just scroll down to the bottom of this page.
Still more questions? Want to see what other's have found after completing the experiment? Sure, here you go:

- So how does this work?
- What's with the email thing? If the information is free, why don't you just put it all up here on the Blobmosis blog?
- You are going to try to sell me something, aren't you?
- How did I find my “plan?”
- You are going to make me drink protein shakes and take a million different kinds of supplements aren't you?
- Am I going to have to give up everything? I don't want to give up everything.
- I don't have the time to cook, what do you have to say about that?
- Won't I be hungry though? It's a diet, so I have to be hungry...right?
- No working out? No being flogged at the gym? Seriously?
- I'm a vegetarian, can I take part in the experiment as well?
- You lost almost 10kgs (22 pounds) that means I will too, right?
- I only like hamburgers and fries and deep fried cheese and beer and wine and pizza, and corn chips and peanut butter .... so, can you tell me how I can eat THAT every day and lose weight?
So are you saying that we shouldn't work out on the plan?
ReplyDeleteI want to lose weight, but I also want to strengthen my body (particulary my legs) for an upcoming vacation in which I will be doing a ton of walking.
Hell no.
ReplyDeleteWork out if you want to, what I am actually saying in general is that what one eats is the most important thing. Working out is great for health, and assists in weight loss.
People often do one or the other OR work out like mad things and then fool themselves in to thinking that because they have worked out they can exist on a diet of donuts and full sugar coke.
Work out if you want - or not - Blobmosis is about choice, AND the strength of the individual to make the choice.
I agree though, if you are about to head out on vacation and want to make sure that you at least have a foundation of fitness for all the walking you intend to do, you should probably get some walking/running/skipping/squatting done to create a foundation.
:-)
...oh, it just occurred to me, while I am perfectly okay with people working out during the detox experiment I'd just like to clarify that I did NOT work out, not a step/weight/squat... unless sitting at my computer is considered working out of course...
