Being hungry is not part of the plan.

There should be food on that plate.
A lot of it.
Won't I be hungry though? It's a diet, so I have to be hungry...right?



No.

Being hungry is not a good idea, you have to eat regularly or your body will go in to survival mode and store as much fat it can.

I could have stayed alive for weeks on my fat stores. WEEKS.

I've mentioned it in another FAQ but I'll say it again here - I had to make myself remember to eat the amount of food I consumed every day.

That is a problem I soon came to terms with at the beginning of the experiment.

Because I like eating.
