I love hamburgers.

Running to the ice-cream truck counts
as exercise... right?
I only like hamburgers and fries and deep fried cheese and beer and wine and pizza, and corn chips and peanut butter .... so, can you tell me how I can eat THAT every day and lose weight?



Take up marathon running... or ultra marathon running. I suggest that about 30kms (18 miles) a day should do it.
