Free means free.

I'm exactly like this guy. Except I can't play guitar.
Imagine he is typing something instead.
OK fine, I'm not like this guy...

You are going to try to sell me something, aren't you?

Nope. I have nothing to sell.

What a humanitarian you are. You just want to help me for free? Get this guy a Nobel award...
Yes and no. Well, certainly no to the award, but thanks for the nomination.
Committing to giving this little experiment a go and signing up is free. Totally free. Fee-free... you get the point.

At no point will you get an email that says "Yay you've signed up, first week free, the rest you have to pay for". That is dishonest, and a little tricky.

BUT, Massage therapists don't buy chateaus in France and  just-starting-out-writers earn less than massage therapists - if that is possible. SO I am proposing an honour system.

At the end of the 28 days I'm suggesting a donation.

I suggest that the amount could be equal to the percentage in body weight lost. UP to $10US.

As an example: I lost about 9.5 kilos (21ish pounds) so, if I were donating I'd slap 9 bucks into the donation coffer. Of course if you can't be bothered with the math of it all, just dump a fiver down, or a flat $10. Or nothing if you think it's a crock. (If you've lost weight and think it's a crock... well... I don't know what to say to that)

Or if you are a truly awesome individual throw $1,000,000 in and I'll give you a signed copy of my first novel when it (hopefully) hits the shelves. Hell, I'll dedicate my next novel to you if you want, and write you in to it. A million bucks offers a lot of writing time.

Enough of that - It's an honour system, paying or not paying is up to you. Although if I were the one receiving a plan that made me lose a stack of weight in a month... well.. it'd be the best nine bucks I'd spend this year.

"Enough already - I want IN... I am totally up for this" I hear you say....
Really? Glad to hear it, click here and you'll be on your way.  or just scroll down to the bottom of this page.

Still more questions? Want to see what other's have found after completing the experiment? Sure, here you go:
